JAVAD began in 2007 out of a series of high-growth GNSS companies starting in 1987 with Ashtech created by the founder and GNSS industry pioneer Javad Ashjaee. From the start, we developed the most advanced semiconductor designs for low power, high performance, and interference mitigation.
Leading-edge GNSS technology
From day one JAVAD has worked closely with the positioning and land survey industries to save time, reduce risk while increasing accuracy, reliability, productivity, efficiency, and safety. As an example, a JAVAD OEM GNSS board receiver is at the core of the navigation system of the Vega space vehicle upper stage launcher developed by the European Space Agency (ESA) enabling cost accurate trajectory verification during the entire flight mission. Our land survey technology has increased land surveyors’ productivity and accuracy in the field by extending the functionality of RTK with the first real-time post-processing kinematics (RTPK) solution.
